Refunds/Returns

Returns
Pre-authorization for returns must be given in advance. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned immediately (within 48 hours) in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Custom orders may not be returned and we cannot accept returns on any used items.

Damaged Shipments
We package each box securely, but damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If a shipment is obviously damaged, you may refuse the shipment. If you discover the damages after you open the box, please contact us immediately and keep the box and all packing materials for inspection.

Undeliverable Packages / Address Corrections
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable or have address corrections. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us or has imposed an address correction, the customer is responsible for the return to sender shipping and or address correction charges.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@phasha.com for instructions.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: #2, 7429 - 49 Ave. Red Deer Alberta T4P1N2

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
